For adult and senior dogs/cats we recommend screening for health conditions at least once every 6 months.

We know the cost of veterinary care still seems expensive. Our staff are highly educated (have completed at least 5 years of undergraduate and 2 years of veterinary professional school) and are required to undergo continuing education every year as a regulatory requirement for practice. Our facilities include not only a veterinary office for client and patient visits, but also a fully equipped laboratory, ultrasound room, pharmacy, sterile surgical suite with anesthesia facilities inside, inpatient facilities, daycare, and grooming area. Our supplies and equipment come at a cost. The field of veterinary medicine is rapidly evolving and veterinarians are now able to offer highly sophisticated procedures and treatments, just like in humans. However, Indonesia has also started to follow suit.

Pre-anesthesia blood screening allows your Veterinarian to evaluate your pet's basic organ function. The testing may alert us to a condition that is not obvious on physical examination. This indicates that we should take extra precautions with your pet's anesthesia or surgery, or avoid the procedure altogether until the discovered problem can be corrected.

Regulations require that veterinarians establish a legal client-patient-doctor relationship before treating an animal and/or administering medication. A licensed veterinarian is the only person who can diagnose and treat your pet's illness.

If you get a new animal you are advised to pay attention to the following things, such as preparing a proper place, food and drink that are always available, a diet that suits the needs of the anabul, adequate care, adequate social environment, regular veterinary checks. For further information you can contact our customer care.

We provide payment methods in the form of cash, debit/CC, transfer (QRIS, E-wallet).
